Bug Sauce Entertainment LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) processes payments through Wix Payments and other supported payment providers. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available and how they are issued.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Physical Products

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is incorrect (wrong product shipped)

  • The item is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or limited-edition items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

  • Orders placed with incorrect sizing or preferences selected by the customer

Return Requirements (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return instructions will be provided via email

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

Refund Process (Wix Payments)

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Wix Payments

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error

Partial refunds may be issued when appropriate.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Loss of refund eligibility

  • Account restrictions on future purchases

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity will be disputed through Wix Payments.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
